Cancellation and refunds

2. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the billing portal, reached from Billing inside the workspace. No email or phone call is required, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for.

3. The period you have paid for

The workspace stays fully available until the end of the current billing period, including the credits left in it.

At the end of that period access ends and unused credits lapse. Credits have never rolled over between periods; cancelling does not change that in either direction.

4. Right of withdrawal

A consumer buying at a distance in Türkiye has fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Distance Contracts Regulation.

This is a digital service supplied immediately. Where you asked for it to start at once and were told that starting it ends the right of withdrawal, the right does not apply once the service has begun. If you have not started any work, write to us within fourteen days and the subscription is refunded in full.

This section is about consumers. A purchase made by a company for its business is not a consumer contract and the statutory right does not apply to it — the paragraph below does.

5. Refunds

If the service did not do what this site says it does, write to support and say what happened. A refund is given where the failure was ours, and it is not made conditional on agreeing to say nothing about it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, and normally appear within ten business days depending on the bank.

6. Refills

A refill is a separate purchase of 3,000 credits for 29 USD, usable for twelve months. Unused refill credits are not refunded when a subscription is cancelled, and they do not expire early because of the cancellation.

Auto-refill is off unless switched on, requires affirmative consent, and can be paused at any time from the billing portal. A refill that was taken after auto-refill was paused is refunded in full.
