Conversations that lead to useful work

Bring a question and the context that matters. Explore an answer in conversation, then choose the next step with a clear outcome in mind.

Start with a concrete input

Describe the intended audience and output. Ask the assistant to identify missing context before it writes a final recommendation.

Choose the appropriate surface

Use the ordinary workspace conversation for interactive assistance. Move an approved investigation into Research, recurring review into Pulse, and a structured deliverable into Artifact Studio.

Review the output

Evaluate the answer against the original request. Separate a helpful explanation from evidence that an external task has actually completed.

A practical starting point

Start with a bounded GoCux conversation. These steps describe the GoCux workflow and its permission boundaries.

  1. State the outcome you need and the context the assistant may use. Add source material when the question depends on information that is not already available in the conversation.
  2. Review the answer and any request to use a tool. Normal web chat routes through GOCUX Gateway; an optional cloud worker is a separate capability.
  3. Move durable research, recurring monitoring or a shareable artifact into its dedicated workspace surface when the task calls for it. Confirm the result before using it elsewhere.

What to verify

Evaluate the answer against the original request. Separate a helpful explanation from evidence that an external task has actually completed.
