Traceable document review workflows

Compare policy documents while keeping versions, definitions and exclusions in view. Connect each finding to the passage a reviewer needs to examine.

Set up the workflow

Choose the document set and define the fields to compare. Attach each finding to the policy version and relevant passage.

Keep the decision reviewable

Ask a qualified reviewer to resolve ambiguous language before any coverage or customer decision. GoCux provides a general research workflow, not an automated underwriting decision.

Assess the result

The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.

A practical starting point

Work from a project knowledge collection. These steps describe the GoCux workflow and its permission boundaries.

  1. Choose the project and add the documents you are entitled to use. Record the document title and origin so that a later reader can identify the source.
  2. Check ingestion before relying on search results. Test a distinctive phrase from the document and compare the retrieved excerpt with the original context.
  3. Use the retrieved material in a research question or conversation. Review the original passage before treating extracted text as a decision, and remove outdated material from the collection.

What to verify

The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.
