Start with a concrete input
Choose a small set of fields and define what an absent or ambiguous value should look like. Keep the original passage beside each important extracted value.
Choose the appropriate surface
Use project knowledge and research evidence as the starting point. An extracted sentence should not become an unsupported company fact or an automatic external update.
Review the output
The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.
A practical starting point
Work from a project knowledge collection. These steps describe the GoCux workflow and its permission boundaries.
- Choose the project and add the documents you are entitled to use. Record the document title and origin so that a later reader can identify the source.
- Check ingestion before relying on search results. Test a distinctive phrase from the document and compare the retrieved excerpt with the original context.
- Use the retrieved material in a research question or conversation. Review the original passage before treating extracted text as a decision, and remove outdated material from the collection.
What to verify
The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.

Set the scope. Review the evidence. Approve the steps that need it.
