GOCUX / Use casesartifact

Move from an open question to a finished artifact

Turn an open question into a brief, plan or finished artifact. Bring your sources into a project, work through the next steps and review the output before sharing.

Set up the workflow

Begin with the outcome you need: a brief, a document, a plan or a recurring review. Put the relevant sources in the project before asking for a final output.

Keep the decision reviewable

Use conversation for exploration, durable work for execution and Artifact Studio for a deliverable. Review content before sharing it outside the workspace.

Assess the result

The artifact should remain understandable without the original conversation. Check source attribution, readable structure and any unresolved fields.

A practical starting point

Make a reviewable artifact from the work. These steps describe the GoCux workflow and its permission boundaries.

  1. Choose the material the artifact should represent and define its audience. Separate source facts from your interpretation of those facts.
  2. Build the output in Artifact Studio and inspect its structure, labels and supporting evidence. Do not fill an empty data region with invented production numbers.
  3. Review the artifact at the size and format in which it will be used. Confirm its content before sharing or publishing it through another channel.

What to verify

The artifact should remain understandable without the original conversation. Check source attribution, readable structure and any unresolved fields.
