Terms of service
These terms govern the use of GOCUX. Using the service means accepting them. They are written to be read once and understood, so where a plain sentence and a defensive one would say the same thing, the plain one is here.
1. Who you are contracting with
GOCUX is operated by the company below. These details are the ones on the Turkish trade register.

2. The service
GOCUX runs research, operations and company work that a person asks it for, and stops for a human decision before any consequential action. Seven classes of action cannot run without one: sending things out, destroying things, exporting data, scheduling work, acting in a live session, rewriting its own instructions, and putting another agent to work.
The approval gate is a feature of the service and not a promise about outcomes. GOCUX does not warrant that a result is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose. What it does warrant is that work it says was approved was approved, and that the record of a run reflects what happened.
The service is provided as it is at the time it is used. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn; where a change removes something a paying customer relies on, notice is given before it takes effect.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is delegated to a company's own identity provider. No password is typed on a GOCUX page and none is stored. Whoever controls the identity provider controls access, and removing a person there removes their access here.
An account belongs to a company, not to a person. Work, memory, credentials and evidence stay inside the boundary of the company that is active, and are not readable from another one.
The account holder is responsible for who is admitted to their company and for what those people approve. An approval recorded against a named person is treated as that person's decision.
4. Credits and billing
The subscription is 29 USD per billing period and includes 3,000 GOCUX credits, with a cap of 500 credits per day that resets at 00:00 UTC. There is no free trial.
Credits do not roll over. Unused credits from one billing period are not added to the next. When credits run out, work pauses — nothing is charged beyond the subscription and there is no overage.
A refill adds 3,000 credits for 29 USD and those credits remain usable for twelve months. Auto-refill exists, is off unless switched on, and can be paused at any time from the billing portal.
Payment is taken by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for the transaction. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are all managed from the billing portal.
The cost of a run is shown before and after it happens, attributed to the work order rather than to a provider or a model.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, or to access systems without permission. Credentials connected to GOCUX must be ones the connecting company is entitled to use.
Attempting to defeat the approval gates, the company boundary or the audit record is a breach of these terms, whether or not it succeeds. So is using the service to build a competing model or dataset from its outputs.
An account may be suspended where use of it presents a legal risk or a risk to other customers. Where suspension is not urgent, it is preceded by notice and by a chance to put things right.
6. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.
Subject to that, total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts paid for the service in that period. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings.
GOCUX is a tool that acts on instructions and stops for decisions. Responsibility for a decision that was approved rests with whoever approved it.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current text, and material changes are notified to the email address on the account before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of it. A customer who does not accept a change may cancel; the cancellation terms are on the cancellation and refunds page.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction.
A consumer in Türkiye may instead apply to the district or provincial consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) or to a consumer court for their place of residence, up to the monetary limits set each year.
Before either, please write to support. Most of what reaches a committee could have been answered by email in a day.
