Find evidence across project knowledge

Find the passages that answer your question. Search your project documents, inspect the evidence and return to the original source when you need more context.

Start with a concrete input

Start with a document whose contents you already know. Search a distinctive term and inspect both the retrieved passage and its source.

Choose the appropriate surface

Keep access scoped to the project. If the material is missing, add an authorized source or leave the question unresolved instead of treating an empty result as confirmation.

Review the output

The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.

A practical starting point

Work from a project knowledge collection. These steps describe the GoCux workflow and its permission boundaries.

  1. Choose the project and add the documents you are entitled to use. Record the document title and origin so that a later reader can identify the source.
  2. Check ingestion before relying on search results. Test a distinctive phrase from the document and compare the retrieved excerpt with the original context.
  3. Use the retrieved material in a research question or conversation. Review the original passage before treating extracted text as a decision, and remove outdated material from the collection.

What to verify

The acceptance test is whether the correct project retrieves the right source passage. Another project must not gain access merely because it asks a similar question.
